For best results, we recommend a course of 3 sessions, spaced 2–3 weeks apart, followed by a maintenance session every 6–9 months.

What to Expect

Your treatment begins with a gentle cleanse and a detailed assessment of your skin. 
Polynucleotides are injected using very fine, precise micro-injections. The treatment is comfortable and usually completed within 20–30 minutes, depending on the area.

You may notice:

  • A feeling of hydration and freshness almost immediately

  • Slight plumpness around the treated areas

  • Gradual improvement over the following 2–6 weeks as collagen and elastin production increases

Most clients describe the sensation as mild and tolerable. A topical numbing cream can be used if needed.

Is There Any Downtime?

Polynucleotides have minimal downtime.

Immediately after treatment, you may experience:

  • Small visible bumps where the product has been placed (especially around the eyes)

  • Mild redness or slight swelling

  • Rarely, small bruises

These usually settle within:

  • 4–24 hours for most areas

  • 24–48 hours around the eyes (because the skin is thinner)

You can return to normal daily activities straight away, but we advise:

  • No makeup for 12 hours

  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds, and intense exercise for 24 hours

  • No facials or skin treatments for 7 days
